CHANNEL MARKETING In the channel marketing area, a marketing framework or infrastructure would need to be developed to support partners. Depending on the type of channel marketing strategy required, the types of things that would be included in the strategy or operating plan would be to assist to define the relationships, end user requirements and partner competencies needed to support sales goals, and then defining a process for recruitment and ongoing development of channel programs eg incentives/framework to develop joint marketing programs. |
