Stage One
To develop the strategic marketing strategy, RedMac would carry out a structured marketing audit to gain a full understanding of your product or service and how it is positioned and perceived in the marketplace. In gaining a complete view of your market, objectives, brand values, past marketing initiatives, client base and vision for the future, we are in the best position to develop a strategic marketing strategy for you.
The plan would cover:
- What is your addressable market and target customers and what makes them want to buy?
- Define your positioning and ‘elevator pitch’
- Distil your unique value proposition, brand qualities and differentiate your brand from your competition – which becomes the core of the communications plan

Stage Two
We would then develop a 12 month actionable marketing and sales plan with recommended priority marketing activities to focus marketing efforts to develop and grow your business. To support this, we would review and refine all of your sales material (presentations, brochureware, case studies, website).
Stage Three
Depending on the way your sales team is structured, RedMac can recommend and introduce formalised strategic selling methodologies into your organisation where necessary, structured prospecting processes, pricing models and assist to develop targeted sales funnels. We also have expertise and strong relationships to develop partner/channel engagement models and marketing program to help drive revenues from your channel.
